TPCIA Annual General Meeting was held on January 4th, 2024. The second board of directors and supervisors was successfully elected at the meeting. A total of fifteen elected directors, including W.H. Lee, General Counsel of Lava Materials, Y.T. Huang, Chairman of Tai-Saw Technology, Adam Chang, General Manager of Chief Up International Corporation, Miko Chiang, Deputy General Manager of Ta I Technology, F.C. Liu, Deputy General Manager of Tian Zheng International Precision Machinery, Dennis Zheng, Deputy General Manager of Wah Hong Industrial Corp., Ray Lee, Vice Chairman of Unictron Technologies Corporation, T.Y. Tseng, Chairman of Ample Electronic Technology, Daniel Liu, Chairman of Hallmark Technology, M.Z. Guo, Deputy General Manager of All-Ring Tech, T.M Lee, General Director of Material and Chemical Research Laboratories, ITRI, C.T. Lee, Senior Deputy General Manager of Yageo, J.H. Jean, Founder of ACX Corp., Tim Chen, Vice Chairman of LEATEC Fine Ceramics, and Eber Shen, Deputy General Manager of Tai-Tech Advanced Electronics. A total of three supervisors were elected, including Deputy CEO of MIRDC C.L. Lin, General Manager of Asia Smart Tag Roger Lin, and General Manager of Rising Chemical P.L. Kuo.
The elected second board of directors and supervisors will convene the first meeting immediately after the Annual General Meeting to elect Executive Director and Chairman of TPCIA. The five Executive Director were elected, including W.H. Lee, General Counsel of Lava Materials, Y.T. Huang, Chairman of Tai-Saw Technology, Adam Chang, General Manager of Chief Up International Corporation, C.T. Lee, Senior Deputy General Manager of Yageo, and J.H. Jean, Founder of ACX Corp. All directors selected W.H. Lee, General Counsel of Lava Materials, as the second board Chairman of TPCIA. The Executive Supervisor is elected, which is Deputy CEO of MIRDC, C.L. Lin. The second board of directors and supervisors officially took office on January 4th, 2024.
TPCIA was established in 2021. The first board of chairman is C.L. Lin, deputy CEO of MIRDC. The second board of chairman is W.H. Lee, General Counsel of Lava Materials, who will actively represent the common interests of the industry, provide industry opinions and suggestions to the government in a timely manner, and achieve the common expectations of the industry.
