2023 Passive Components and Automation Equipment Innovation Award Competition

In order to promote the cooperation between academia and industry, and to promote new knowledge, technical exchanges and industry-university cooperation, it was initiated by the Taiwan Passive Components Industry Association (TPCIA), and collaborate with Tian Zheng International Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (referred to as Tianzheng) and National Chin-Yi University of Technology. We jointly organized the "2023 Passive Components and Automation Equipment Innovation Award Competition". Through this competition, we hope to help young students from colleges and universities integrate into the field of passive components, and improve their technical capabilities through observation and learning, so as to cultivate outstanding talents and improve the country's design capabilities, while also promoting industrial competition strength increase.

The competition was executed by TPCIA Secretariat and the R&D Office of National Chin-Yi University of Technology, and outstanding students of National Chin-Yi University of Technology were invited to participate. As of the deadline for registration on May 31, 2012, a total of 22 entries were received. After review, the final 10 teams successfully entered the finals. The contestants came from various departments such as electronics, electrical engineering, and machinery etc., demonstrating the spirit of teamwork and diverse creativity.

At the closing ceremony of the "2023 Passive Components and Automation Equipment Innovation Award" held on June 27, Dr. Wen-Yuan Chen, President of National Chin-Yi University of Technology, and Dr. Chih-lung Lin, Chairman of TPCIA, came to the scene and presented awards to the top three teams and outstanding teams. This competition is not only an affirmation of the efforts of the participants, but also an affirmation of their innovation and achievements in the field of passive components and automation equipment.

TPCIA will continue to promote the investment of college students in the field of passive components, and by holding similar competitions, it will continue to promote cooperation between academia and industry, and cultivate more talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
