Introduction |
Taiwan Electron Microscope Instrument Corp. (TEMIC), located in the Hsinchu Science Park, was established in 2013. It is the only electron microscope research and manufacturing company in Taiwan and is recognized by major semiconductor advanced process and packaging manufacturers as a supplier of customized electron beam inspection equipment. TEMIC has two critically acclaimed key technologies: "Non-destructive inspection of large objects" that enables automated positioning and inspection of 15-inch large objects without gold plating or cutting, and "Direct liquid detection technology" that allows for particle size, composition, and dispersion analysis in liquid suspensions. Combined with advanced particle size and porosity algorithm software, these capabilities are integrated into the desktop electron microscope model MIS EARTH, providing a comprehensive inspection solution from powders/suspensions to components/printed circuit boards. |
